Contact The Fireplace and Chimney Shop at 1-866-554-7859 for a return authorization number (RMA#) and instructions.
Any product sent back without a RMA# is considered abandoned.
We, at The Fireplace and Chimney Shop, are confident that you will be very pleased with our products,
only defective products may be returned.
All products must be packaged in the original packaging along with all original packaging materials, manual, etc.,
and must be in reasonably clean condition with no abnormal wear, tear, scratches or abuse. All out bound shipping and
merchant fees will be deducted from the purchase price. Any parts returned damaged will also be deducted from the purchase price.
Return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. Items not in original packaging cannot be returned. All products must be
shipped back to us within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Our products are very reliable, however, if you are experiencing any
problems upon purchase, please contact us. Your full manufacturer warranty will apply.
